Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for products over $500 AUD is FREE.

Return Due To Change Of Mind
STEG Australia, do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind,  please be sure to choose carefully.  (this includes all  Pre-Orders).

All Return shipping  regardless of reason, will be paid at the customers expense and customers will be required to arrange their own shipping. Please contact us on 9301 2125 for our warehouse address. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit or refund. Refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty. We will refund the value of the goods minus 15% (restocking fee). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You can always contact us for any return question at sales@stegaustralia.com.au
Transit Time 
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days via Courier.
Orders placed before 04 PM AWST, will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.

Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once your order has left our premises, we are unable to change the address. We do NOT ship to PO boxes.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
We understand you are probably excited to receive your products soon, so we just wanted to let you know a few things to bear in mind when placing any pre-orders.

A Pre-order is an item that has not yet come into stock, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your piece.

Pre-orders are particularly important for limited release items, as sometimes we may presell out of an item, so pre-ordering will be the only way to ensure you can buy that piece.

Please note that pre-order dates are estimates only and subject to change without notice. These estimates are based on the best information that we have available at the time. These changes are beyond our control and due to the discretion of our distributors and the manufacturers.

Unfortunately, we do not cancel pre-orders. All stock, that is a pre-order, is listed on the STEG Australia website. It is up to the customer to read through the description of the product and check whether the item is in stock, or a pre-order. No refunds will be given for change of mind cancellation. The non-refundable deposit will be converted to store credit. 


BY PURCHASING A PRE-ORDER PRODUCT, YOU MUST UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT THIS ITEM MAY ARRIVE ON TIME OR THERE MAY BE A DELAY. BUT HAPPY TO WAIT OR BE SURPRISED IF IT ARRIVES EARLIER THAN EXPECTED! YOU ALSO AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS OR ADDITIONS MADE TO THE ORDER. PLEASE ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT ALL PRE ORDERS ARE TO BE PURCHASED IN A SEPARATE TRANSACTION TO IN STOCK ITEMS.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is deemed faulty by a manufacturer fault (not due to breakage in transit) , please contact us immediately and send us photos, and once assessed we will happily exchange your item or allow a store credit if returned within 7 business days. 

IMPORTANT - Please Note: once your parcel leaves our store, it is in the hands of Australia Post and or a Courier Company. Unfortunately STEG Australia,  can’t control how Australia Post or Courier companies “handles” your parcels, however we can control how well it is packaged for it to arrive safely. If in any case an item is broken in transit, please lodge a claim with Australia Post or the Courier company directly for compensation.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
