Shipping policy

Shipping costs for products over $300 AUD ARE FREE.

STEG Australia, will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Please contact us on 93012125 for our warehouse address. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit or refund. Refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty. We will refund the value of the goods minus 15% (restocking fee).

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days via Courier. Please be advised due to the current extensive shipping times due to Covid-19, we are not responsible for any delays within the postal system. Orders placed before 4.00 PM AWST, will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once your order has left our premises, we are unable to change the address.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
